Q: How heavy are the blocks?
A: Our blocks weigh between 2.25 and 2.50 tons.
Q: What are the dimensions of the blocks?
A: We currently have one size of block. The blocks are 3m long, 0.7m high and 0.5m deep.
Q: Are the blocks suitable for use on a highway?
A: Our blocks are not designed for highway use and as a result we are not able to offer any warranties in this regard. A number of our customers do however use our blocks on the highway.
Q: Is it possible to personalise the blocks?
A: Yes we can personalise our blocks to display your companyâ€™s corporate colours / logos. Please contact us for further details in this regard.
Q: Is there a minimum rental period for the blocks?
A: Our blocks are rented out on a week to week basis with one week being the minimum period. There is no maximum rental period.
Q: How does your pricing structure work?
A: Our blocks are rented out on a week by week basis. The level of rent payable will depend upon number of blocks rented out and the minimum period that they are required for. The level of charges will generally be lower for a rental agreement with a higher number of blocks and / or a long minimum rental period.
Q: Are there any transport costs for delivering and collecting blocks?
A: Yes, the delivery and collection of blocks to and from the site is payable as part of the first invoice. The delivery / collection cost is dependent upon the distance of the site the blocks are being delivered to is from our nearest depot and the number of blocks required. The delivery cost is always pre agreed prior to an order being placed.
Q: How long does it take for the blocks to be delivered to the site?
A: We hold a high number of blocks in stock at all of our depots and subject to the availability of transport we can sometimes deliver on the same day or more often than not within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us as early as possible to reserve the most convenient delivery slot for your order.
Q: What geographical areas do you cover?
A: We have depots in Hampshire, Essex, Northamptonshire, Manchester and Yorkshire as a result we are well placed to offer low cost delivery across the whole UK. We will always do our best to minimise the transport cost but as a rule of thumb the further your site is from our depot the higher the transport costs will be.
Q: Do you have a mailing list so that I can be informed of any special offers that you have?
A: Yes we do have an email mailing list. If you join our mailing list your information will be kept private and will not be shared with any third parties. If you no longer wish to receive information from us you can unsubscribe from our list at any time.
Q: Do you accept payment by credit and debit cards?
A: Yes we are able to accept payments by both credit and debit cards. We do not store any card information and all information is treated on a confidential basis and is not shared with any other party.
Q: Do you have a Refund / Cancellation Policy?
A: Once an order is placed we are only able to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances. Any costs incurred from the haulage company as a result of the cancellation will be payable by the customer. We are unable to offer a refund or cancellation once the blocks have been delivered to the site.

Q: Do you have standard terms and conditions for the rental of your blocks?
